It’s over 6 years ago that I became a qualified PT. I moved to London in January 2020 start out and build my own business.
But sadly the world had other plans. Covid hit just two months in and I had to move home…
So I put up my first post on social media, it was terrifying. But I started doing live workouts every day for months and months. Just giving free value and as much of it as possible…
I gained some good traction so created The PWT Academy. Two interactive workouts a week and access to me. It was good, but not scratching all my itches…
So post Covid I moved back to London continued tennis coaching and got a job at The AELTC (Wimbledon, the one where the grand slam is held)…
I shut down my academy and trained bankers, insurances brokers, lawyers and other corporates in the city for over a year. I enjoyed it but I was working for someone else and felt I needed more.
So I stopped, I quit tennis coaching and decided to move to a private gym to get my own clients.
I went from 40 hours guaranteed work and my rent covered as well as other money to only 4 hours a week work…
It gave me a drive to work hard build relationships and make it work
I was working all the hours. Had such a great client base and loved what I was doing. But I knew I had more in me, I wanted to help and have an impact on as many people as possible…
So I started posting more on social media. I had gained about 7,000 followers across the previous 4 years but took it more seriously.
I hit 10k just over a year later in September 2025 and doubled down to make it work
By December I had hit 350k and decided to go all in helping as many people as possible. So I quit my PT job and in person business I had worked so hard to build over the previous 3/4 years. A scary leap and one I wasn’t fully ready for.
The online business was slow, but it was building, it felt good being able to impact more people.
Feb 2026 was also the first time ever since leaving uni in 2014 I had I been away and didn’t lose money because of missing sessions…
Momentum and perseverance started to pay of. I feel so lucky to help so many people build their confidence, habits and ultimately change their liv
If you genuinely want to be serious about getting in shape whilst fitting around your life, you’ve just got to stick to a few fundamental principles. It comes down to simplicity, systems, and structures. Once you can execute all of those, the rest of the journey becomes so much more simple. Comment PFC for my breakdown I give all my clients
This is the simple trick to lose 10kg and keep it off
The all of nothing mindset is going to keep you stuck because you say f it every single event you get invited to.
The moment you realise you don’t have to do that and that it doesn’t have to derail you you’ll actually start to see consistent progress.
This is how I navigated going to event with an open bar loads of canopies and a barbecue.
I had a great time enjoyed it and never once felt like I was going off track
You’ve run out of excuses after watching this..:
Simple swaps like potato’s instead of pasta are incredibly helpful for food volume and reduction of calories
You don’t have to overhaul your diet when it comes to losing weight. Simple swaps can be the difference between the weight being lost within your calories and not
The next 6 months will pass either way…

Holidays aren’t the enemy to your progress how you approach them are
You’ve done it before where you go away and all bets are off. The puddings are eaten, constant alcohol, zero workouts or steps.
Then you are surprised you come back 10lbs heavier than before….
Instead just stick to these principles and you are going to be absolutely fine and not come back way heavier than before.
I have done this over the past year and its keep me on track and moving towards my goals
