In his sessions, he covers how to market yourself to attract the right agent for you, and the small details that elevate your Spotlight CV, cover letter and clips, plus what agents scan for in the first 10 seconds. You’ll get the chance to perform the songs you’d send to an agent, or, if you’re not a singer, bring a monologue instead!

Expect practical fixes, clear examples, and a simple structure you can repeat, so your submission cuts through a crowded inbox and gets you a meeting.

Robyn enjoyed a 15-year performing career across the UK and internationally with theatre credits including Calamity Jane, Singin’ in the Rain, and three years as leading lady Grizabella in Cats the Musical. Robyn joined Russell Smith Associates as an Agent’s Assistant before establishing her own client list.

She is now an established and respected Agent, representing performers across the West End, UK and International Tours, and beyond. Her years as a performer give her a first-hand understanding of the industry from both sides of the table, and she is known for her strategic eye, honest guidance, and strong relationships with her clients.

We're thrilled to have Paul Wooller join us next month for a Mock Singing Audition!

For Cameron Mackintosh, Paul has previously worked on: Hair (Gielgud Theatre), Avenue Q (Theatre Royal Bath and UK Tour), Betty Blue Eyes (Novello Theatre), Oliver! (UK Tour), Mary Poppins (Prince Edward Theatre & UK Tour), Barnum (Chichester), Half a Sixpence (Chichester & Noel Coward Theatre), Miss Saigon (UK Tour) and Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends (Gielgud).

Paul currently continues to work on the West End productions of Oliver!, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera and Hamilton as well as the National Tour of Mary Poppins and Hamilton, and the International Tour of the Les Miserables Arena Spectacular.

As Head of Casting, Paul also consults on the casting for international productions for CML and regional international companies.
