Reflecting on a splendid 2023 with the wonderful folk of MRC London. It’s been quite the year - celebrating healthy new arrivals for , Dan and Laura; 5th birthday celebrations for ; branching out to do extra runs from and along the coast to Margate (let’s definitely do more of these); plenty of pit-stops with our friends at and topping things off with an excellent pre-Christmas bottle share of epic proportions at - not to mention the races our impressive runners have run all over the place: San Sebastián, Bruges, Hackney, Cambridge, Bacchus to name but a scant few. - Let’s do lots more of this kind of thing together in 2024.

It may have been properly cold yesterday but this lovely lot turned up and turned out for , scampering across to our friends at , and back to for an epic bottle share to celebrate 8 years of MRC London. Thank you for hosting us! Some might say that starting in with the 8%+ stuff was unwise, but there was a load of very special stuff to be drunk. Here’s to another year, folks!
