New YOGA class starting at Colliers Wood Community Centre starting 18 April! 'Tranquil Yoga' will happen each Tuesday from 11am-12pm, which works on increasing flexibility, mobility and calming breathing exercises. Whether you're looking to bring more varied movement into your day, or simply looking to stretch after being seated at a desk all morning, this class will help you with stability and strength.
Beginners and mixed ability welcome! The class is a great way to increase mental and physical wellbeing, while practicing with other members of your community.
