Igniting Minds Psychotherapy and coaching for professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for deeper change. They designed our stunning solar eclipse logo.

Igniting Minds was founded in 2010 by Jacqueline Davis who has over 30 years experience of developing talent. We deliver executive, business and personal coaching, mentoring and training through 1:1 and group sessions to support organisations and individuals to develop authentic leadership and personal power. Change on the inside
In just a few coaching sessions clients learn that it is the way they think about a situation that creates anxiety rather than the situation itself. This realisation is empowering, they realise that they control their thoughts and ultimately their destiny. This transforms their thinking and they identify more opportunities and achieve more of their goals. We are NLP master practitioners and trainers and we share powerful long-lasting techniques that you can use to change your life for the better. Increasing clarity Demographik has been a client for 4 years. Sandra Wheatley their MD said "The work of Igniting Minds is like a solar eclipse - doubt and confusion lift to reveal clarity." We believe that clarity is our natural thinking state and through coaching we learn how to return to this state to sharpen our thinking and make clear informed decisions. Your health and well-being is paramount so we are always investing in our own learning to ensure we bring you the latest and most effective coaching techniques to give you the first class service you deserve. Social Enterprise

We are a social enterprise committed to bring positive change to the world. We believe that the transformational techniques that we use should be available to all. For this reason we offer bursaries to small charities and individuals and groups experiencing or at risk of social exclusion. How can we help? Our clients are surprised by how quickly they achieve their desired results through our coaching and training. Whatever it is you want to achieve we can help you do it. Email or phone 020 8740 8802

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

During my psychotherapy training, I spent a year at Maytree, a sanctuary for people experiencing suicidal thoughts.

One of the most important things I learned there was the power of being heard.

We listened.

We did not judge.

We did not immediately try to rescue or fix.

Sometimes what a person needs most is somewhere safe enough to speak about what is happening inside them — and another person willing to stay present with them.

This year’s theme, Changing the Narrative on Su***de, asks us to Start the Conversation.

Can we become a little less afraid of the conversation?

I have written more about what Maytree taught me about listening, presence and making it safer for someone to speak:

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. Samaritans are available free, day or night, on 116 123.

These messages can become taken-for-granted truths.
They may influence our choices, relationships and responses—without our noticing where they came from.
Awareness helps us recognise that what once felt like an unquestionable truth may simply be an inherited belief.
What assumptions might you be ready to question?

From the outside, someone’s life may look successful. Inside, they may still feel like an imposter—or fear that one day they will be exposed as not good enough.

External achievement does not always transform the beliefs we carry about ourselves.

When early experiences include chronic criticism, limited emotional attunement or approval that feels dependent on performance, success may never feel entirely secure. Each achievement can bring relief, but the underlying self-doubt soon returns.

Imposter feelings are not necessarily evidence that we are inadequate. They may point towards an older story about worth that deserves understanding and compassion.

Can you receive and take in your achievements, or do you quickly move on to what you must accomplish next?
