To every member just starting out in the gym. Stop trying to do too much too soon. I see it every day. People come in fired up, go too heavy, skip the basics and then wonder why theyβre not progressing or worse, they get hurt. Learn the fundamentals first. Squat, deadlift, bench, row. These movements will build you from the ground up. Strength training is a long game and the people still here in a year are the ones who respected that from day one. Turn up even on the bad days. Eat your protein. Sleep well. Be patient with yourself. Weβre all building something here. Trust the process.
