We’ve closed out Series 1 of the first quarter… and moving straight into Series 2 👊
Today, we start with the Base Phase.
This is where we build properly.
Better pulling mechanics.
Stronger grip.
More confident squat positions.
Safer, more controlled explosive movement.
Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.
It’s about:
• Control before load
• Position before intensity
• Landing mechanics before height
You’ll see:
• Controlled rows and assisted pull-ups
• Box jumps with a focus on soft, efficient landings
• Squats sitting around 50–70% with tempo and intent
This is the phase that sets everything up.
If you lean into this now, you’ll feel it pay off as the series progresses.
New phase. New focus. Same standard.
Let’s get to work.

The new phase has officially kicked off this week 🔥 and it’s heavy on endurance! That means longer efforts, sustained intensity, and pushing past those comfort zones.
That’s why turning up properly fuelled for both cardio and resistance sessions is key 🔑⚡️

If you want to feel less sluggish, maintain your energy, and get the most out of every station, your pre-training snack matters 🙌
⬆️Aim for quick-release carbs that are low in fat and fibre so they’re easy to digest and fast to absorb⬆️
