So since starting my 12 weeks training plan I wrote up myself for myself lol, I set myself weekly goals, the first x2 weeks was to drink 2- 3 litres of water a day which Iβve done and stuck to and will continue to do throughout!! This week goals is to eat a healthy breakfast every morning, and instead of a morning coffee replace it with a herbal tea, and NO bread!! Lol πͺπ»π₯ set your self weekly goals to stay focus & motivated
