Just 2 months ago today, we were out in Malta supporting our friends at Sailing School Malta with Yachtmaster exams. Between sunshine, passing showers, and everything in between, it made for great all-round training conditions and a proper test of seamanship for candidates ⛵🌦️

Training the Trainers 👟
Throwing it back to last month, where we traded our usual Solent stomping grounds for a fantastic few days in Šibenik, Croatia. Hosted by NCP Charter, we had the privilege of training local Shorebased Instructors on behalf of the RYA, all set against some spectacular marina views.
Always rewarding to work with passionate instructors, helping develop confident, knowledgeable boaters both on and off the water.

A change of scenery 🇵🇹
As April draws to a close, we’re looking back at Vilamoura, Portugal, where we were supporting our friends at Bristol Maritime Academy with PWC and Powerboat Moderations at Portugal Sail and Power last month.
No matter where we are, maintaining high training standards remains the priority, with consistency and professionalism at the core of everything we do.

Yesterday’s pool session 🌊
A solid turnout with Sea Survival students from Phoenix Yacht Club, alongside World Sailing Refresher candidates from Royal Ocean Racing Club, all dialling in their skills ahead of the season.
Always great to collaborate with our friends at Sailing Logic and Associated Marine Training, pooling our knowledge (pun intended!) to build confidence where it matters most.

It was great to be back last month in Kortgene, NL, with our friends at C-masters for what may have been a rather cold but nonetheless successful Advanced Powerboat Instructor course.
It’s always a pleasure working with teams who share our commitment to professional standards and no-nonsense training, making for a chilly but rewarding course on the water.

If your Offshore Personal Survival Techniques certificate is about to expire, there’s no need to worry.
In around 2 weeks, we’re running a one-day refresher course, giving you the chance to recertify. This includes a 2-hour swimming pool-based liferaft session, realistic offshore scenarios, expert guidance on regulations, equipment and techniques, and a Q&A.
