So great to be back in the great outdoors yesterday! Amazing Trx (cleaning in between use of course!) and body weight exercises all with social distancing in place.. Lovely to see everyone in person.. Keep up the great work everyone and welcome to our newbies 🏋🏻💪🙏😃
