A dispersal order has been authorised in Thames Ditton from 4pm this afternoon (27 May) to 4pm on Friday, 29 May.
Inspector Chris Thoday said: “This dispersal order has been authorised following several reports of assault after fighting broke out in the area around Aragon Avenue and the River Thames yesterday evening (26 May)."

“A dispersal order gives officers the power to order a group of two or more people to leave an area if they are committing, or are likely to commit, a criminal offence, and there will be additional patrols in the area while the dispersal order is active."
