So this could be a video about me doing a 100 rep superset on the suspension trainer (yes it’s actually called too as my i’m not yet endorsed by the 3 letters most go by #TRX) Anyway my point of this post is about challenging yourself to be out of your comfort zone as you will see 👀, i’m not your most compact messi style footballer … my goal i want to improve my touch and control.
