What happens in the gym doesn’t stay in the gym! 🤸🏼🚴‍♂️🏊🏽‍♀️✍️📚

Every climb, jump, balance, roll and swing helps build the foundations children use in everyday life - from school readiness and coordination to future sports, problem-solving and confidence.

And perhaps the biggest lesson? Children learn that new things don’t have to be easy straight away. They can try, wobble, practise… and discover, “I can do this.”

Because gymnastics isn’t just about what your child can do today. It’s about giving them the physical, cognitive and emotional foundations to feel capable of whatever comes next. 🌱

New classes. New teachers. New friends. New challenges. And lots of new skills to work on!

September is all about getting settled, building confidence and making sure those all-important foundations are strong before we start adding the big stuff.

Because great gymnastics isn’t just about what you can do, it’s about how you learn to do it safely, confidently and correctly. 💪

🚑 DAY 3 OF TEAM TRAINING 🚑

Today’s vibe: learning how to save the day… just in case 🦸‍♀️🩹

The Hampstead & Farnham teams swapped gymnastics for bandages, CPR and a whole lot of “what would you do if…?” as they refreshed their paediatric first aid skills with

Hopefully we won’t need to put those skills into action anytime soon 🤞 but it’s always better to be prepared!

Day 3 = DONE ✅
And we’re getting very ready for classes too restart TOMORROW! 👀✨

Today was all about The Little Gym Experience 💙

Led by Jess & Jess, we took a step back from the gym floor to look at what really matters - the people who come through our doors, the experience we create for them, and how we show up as a team.

This week, our Hampstead & Farnham teams are joining forces for a full week of training, learning, sharing ideas and getting ready to come back even stronger.

We were also joined by the amazing team from The Little Gym Westfield today! 👋

Because behind every great class is a team that’s constantly learning, growing and striving to do better. ✨

📸✨ Yesterday, we had the incredible opportunity to host The Little Gym Europe’s annual photoshoot right here at The Little Gym Hampstead!

Our gym was filled with smiles, laughter, confidence, big skills and plenty of behind-the-scenes fun. 🤸
We loved welcoming the team and seeing our gym transformed into a professional photo studio for the day.

A huge thank you to our wonderful members and families who took part. Your energy, enthusiasm and amazing smiles made the day so special, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 💙
