HorseRacing Summer2026

Rounding off a tet-filled month, the Junior Home International Tetrathlon saw Georgie achieve a good shoot & swim, lots of fun with Esme, Poppy and Jacob. Great choreography for the evening performance, followed by the famous tet party.

Sunday saw the ride and run. The track was big and technical, as expected. Georgie and Lad jumped a great round with a small error, quickly corrected, resulting in them not achieving the hallowed 1400 score, but to jump all obstacles, taking no L’s is something to be proud of.

Despite being pretty exhausted after the previous day, and the ride, Georgie ran a really strong run, and was pleased with the result. Coming in the top 50% in the first year at the Junior Home International competition is a great result.

Thanks to the Vine PC, Area 13 Tet, to Richard Mosley, and all the wonderful coaches for the training & preparation, and to Vine Tet Manager, Katie W 🥰, and Michelle & Ella Woolmer for loaning us the really rather special Lad 🚀

Good luck Georgie and the Southern Team at the junior international tetrathlon this weekend

A fabulous job by both mini Horse and Pony Care Teams in the heat this morning!
Isobel, Lily and Rosa were a brilliant 3rd and have qualified for the National champs, and only 8 points behind were Eliza, Mallory and India in 8th place.

Well done girls, it was great to see such good teamwork and knowledge in very hot conditions 👏🏼
