Are we optimising ourselves into exhaustion?

Big announcement 📣
Beyond the pool, into the dock 🌊
We’re excited to share that Sea Lanes will be bringing an exciting new programme of open water swimming, activities and events to Eden Dock, building on the fantastic community and foundations created by Love Open Water.
From regular activities including swimming, paddleboarding, freediving and surf-fit sessions, to aquathlons, triathlons, distance swims and unique open water events, there’ll be more ways to get into the water than ever before - all designed to be accessible, professionally managed and fully lifeguarded.
Sea Lanes members will benefit from access to dock swimming, alongside the full range of Sea Lanes membership benefits. If you haven’t joined our Founding Membership yet, now might be the time 👀 Limited spaces are available ahead of opening, with some pretty amazing benefits.
Thanks to Love Open Water for their contribution to the Eden Dock story so far. We’re excited for what comes next and look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces into the Sea Lanes community.
