On 3rd October, Freediving London, in collaboration with Sea Lanes and British National Record holder Gary McGrath, invite you behind the scenes of Gary’s record-breaking 112m freedive.⁠

Hear the story behind the dive, see rare footage from his record-breaking journey and discover the incredible physiological adaptations the human body undergoes to survive and perform at extreme depths - all on a single breath.⁠

Whether you’re completely new to freediving or fascinated by what the human body is capable of, this is a unique opportunity to learn from someone who has spent years pushing the limits of the sport.⁠
