Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it’s hidden behind a smile, success, laughter and achievements.
Someone can appear to have everything going for them while privately fighting a battle nobody else can see.
That’s why we need to talk. That’s why we need to listen. And that’s why we should never judge somebody simply by what we see on the outside.
