Ballet is a wonderful way to improve posture, strengthen muscles and tone your body. My Classes are aimed for beginners and professionals.
My Classes are aimed for beginners and professionals looking for a good basic ballet lesson. We start with a 30-minute barre working on legs and feet before moving into the centre for some stretching and Pilates based abdominal exercises to help strengthen the body for centre practise. We then continue with the class in the centre with adage, tendues, pirouettes and allegro. A great all over worko

CLASS UPDATE!!!
Hello my darlings !
I will be back from maternity leave and teaching again at the wonderful Pineapple dance studios a from October 15th.
In the meantime the wonderful Joel Morris will do the Saturdays and the odd Sunday while Stephanie and the beautiful Amy Hollins will cover the Sunday class for the next few weeks.
Sooooo looking forward to being back at the Barre with a you all soon! ❤️❤

Time to leap into the new year! We are back this weekend Horay!! General level ballet tomorrow 1130-1230 with me and the wonderful Matt and Sunday 10am elementary ballet , so looking forward to seeing you all!!
