TROUBLE BOOKING IN??? We have a small error with our booking system at the minute but my (very talented, handsome and loving 😜) brother who is currently on holiday, will have it sorted asap. I’m not sure he was aware he signed up for a 24/7, 365 day support service. 😬

Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen and mobilise so you feel stronger but also more free to move in all the ways our bodies are designed to. They target muscles and joints around the shoulders, spine, hips and core. The movements are slow and controlled but very challenging so don’t be fooled into thinking you just get to lie about on the floor for a while!!! 😜😂
