Just a reminder that the gym will be closed from 10am today!

Please Note:
The gym will close after the kids class in the morning at 10am.
There will be NO open gym or circuit session on due to the event, hope to see you there.

☀️ Heatwave Update ☀️

We're aware of the hot weather and severe weather warnings forecast for today and tomorrow.

As a team, we've reviewed the situation and made the decision to continue with all classes as normal. We'll have the air conditioning running along with all available fans to help keep the gym as cool and comfortable as possible.

🥤 Please bring plenty of water with you and make sure you're well hydrated before training.

We are excited to announce an armoured martial arts exhibition bout! Never heard of it? Think MMA in armour, with a sword and shield - punching, kicking, headbutts, knees, sword and shield strikes!!!

Just a reminder that our gym family picnic is taking place tomorrow at Elvaston Castle 🌳
