LERFC Choir returns on Monday 7th September, 7:30pm to 9pm at Long Eaton Rugby Club, West Park.

Free to join. All ages, all abilities. No audition, no experience, no pressure. Just turn up, sing, and see how you feel by 9pm.

Whether you sing in the car, in the shower, or not since school, there is a seat for you.

🏉 We are looking for volunteers to join the grounds team, marking out and mowing the pitches ahead of the new season. It is one of those jobs that goes unnoticed when it is done well, and very much noticed when it isn't.

💙 If you are over 18 and can spare a few hours a week, we would love to hear from you. No experience needed, just a willingness to muck in and a bit of pride in how the place looks on a Saturday.

Sunday Round-Up 🏉

Volunteer of the Month: Clare McGinnis! 🌟

This July, we're shining the spotlight on the incredible Clare McGinnis! 👏

Clare dedicates so much time, energy and thought to rugby as a whole, and especially to the girls and women. Her positivity and passion for promoting female participation in our sport is infectious, in Clare's eyes, everyone is welcome and everyone is capable 💪.

Whether you're a newcomer picking up a rugby ball for the first time or a long-standing player, Clare is a role model to us all. She works tirelessly to get girls and women involved in the game, regardless of ability, and the impact she has is immeasurable.

Thank you, Clare, for everything you do. You're a true asset to LERFC and to the wider rugby community. 🙌💙
