⚽ Football shirts have officially been approved as dojo wear! 🥋

With England playing today, everyone is welcome to swap their gi jacket for their favourite football shirt at training tonight.

Just don’t expect VAR if your front kick misses… 😂

People often see the gradings, the medals and the belts…

What they don’t always see is the impact karate can have beyond the dojo.

Last night I was given this beautiful card and a thoughtful gift from one of our families as they leave JKS Luton.

The truth is, teaching karate has never been just about punches, kicks or black belts. It’s about believing in children, helping them grow in confidence, watching them overcome challenges, and being a small part of their journey.

Knowing that we’ve made a difference to a child’s future is worth more than any trophy or achievement.
