After many years as one of our longest-standing gymnasts, Izzy is officially putting down her grips . 💙

While we’re sad to see her step away from training, we’re so pleased that she’ll still be part of the LGC family, coaching in recreational classes and helping with our development squad.

Thank you, Izzy, for all your hard work, dedication, and the memories you’ve created over the years. We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll continue to have from the coaching side.
