We were proud to host the East Region Women's Championship yesterday. Congratulations to winner Jasmine Points from Bury St Edmunds Golf Club who shot an incredible course record score of 65 (-7) in round 2 to win!

🏆☘️ THE TROPHY IS BACK AT SOUTH BEDS! ☘️🏆

Yesterday, the Gents team hosted Luton Irish in the annual Challenge Match. 🇮🇪⛳️ The Challenge Trophy itself, kindly donated by South Beds and Luton Irish member Bob Russell, has long been the prize both clubs compete for each year.

Since 2017, South Beds had only lifted the trophy once, back in 2021. After a couple of draws and a few losses, five years later, the trophy is finally back where it belongs!

A fantastic 5–3 victory for South Beds! 🏆⛳️

It was a brilliant day enjoyed by everyone, with some ‘friendly’ battles, plenty of laughs and lots of catching up between the two clubs. 🍀

A special mention and huge congratulations to Lucas for winning Nearest to the Pin on 12 — the youngest in the field showing the rest of us how it’s done! 👏⛳️☘️
