"When I began I was physically and emotionally on the verge of burnout. The programme helped me reconnect with myself in a profound way. I have learned to gift myself small daily acts of devotion, not as tasks but as meaningful practices that nourish my mind, body, and spirit.
The impact on my wellbeing has been significant. I feel calmer, more focused, and more connected to myself and the world around me. I have noticed improvements in my stress levels, clarity, emotional regulation, energy, and overall sense of purpose.
I would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic, grounding, and heart-centered approach to wellbeing." - Laura

Wherever you're starting from, we meet you there 💚

Curious what a session actually involves? 🌱

Each morning weaves together breathwork, meditation, reflective coaching and nature connection - guided every step of the way.

Session 1 - Roots
Groundwork ~ Clarifying intentions, building healthy breathing and grounding foundations

Session 2 - Air
Beginnings ~ Mindset, affirmations, sensory-based practices to support self-connection

Session 3 - Fire
Activation ~ Cleansing practices, calming breath technique, gratitude and supportive movement

Session 4 - Water
Flow ~ Working with emotion, ebb, inner wisdom, compassion and the heart

Session 5 - Earth
Gratitude ~ Presence, polarities, beauty and belonging. Cultivating sustainable habits

Session 6 - Spirit
Support ~ Deepening connection, exploring meaning, integration and the onward journey

No experience needed and definitely no pressure to get it "right." Just you, willing to return to the practices whenever you slip.

Over the six weeks you'll build your own personalised wellbeing toolkit - the practices that actually work for your real life.

The Elements of Wellbeing begins in September on the peaceful, gentle land at The Dell.

The Elements of Wellbeing is backed by real results📊

This was so important to me when developing this offering last year. Weaving together my learnings from the last 6+ years I wanted to bring to life the impact that the practices I believe deeply in have not only on our mental wellbeing but our physical, emotional and spiritual.

I couldn’t have been more delighted with the results from the 2025 pilot of The Elements of Wellbeing, here’s a sprinkling:

🌟+11 WEMWBS point average increase - a clinical significant shift in mental wellbeing

🌟100% of participants felt a stronger connection to themselves

🌟Increased engagement in sustainable regular wellbeing practices

🌟Time in nature increased to most days or weekly for 89% of participants

🌟100% reported reduced stress & increased calm

🌟Breathing practices increased from occasional use to most days for 78% of participants

All experienced real, measurable change from six weeks of showing up for their self.

The Autumn group begins 6th September at The Dell, if it's time to tend to your wellbeing you're very welcome to join..

Why Sunday mornings? 👣

I spent quite a bit of time pondering when best to hold the sessions for the next Elements of Wellbeing, and landed on a slow, soothing Sunday mornings as we transition from late summer into early autumn.

A pause as one week ends and before the next begins, helping to shape how you move through the week ahead and the inward seasons.

Instead of rushing into Mondays depleted, and winter without preparation, we'll start each week grounded, clear and calm - having gifted yourself 2 hours in the morning for stillness, breath and connection.

A morning with yourself, for yourself. A weekly act of devotion, before winter's depths arrive, that will carry you on longer after the programme ends.

The Elements of Wellbeing begins 6th September for small group.

Any questions please private message me and happy to set up a call if you'd like to discuss.

I can't wait to share these Sundays with you.

Morning practices and full moons 💚 Life on the land at The Dell this week

It’s so peaceful and calm here. There’s a gentle hum of nature - the birds singing, the rustle of leaves in the breeze.

A yellow and pink rose bloom beautifully in front of the shelter with the herbs establishing in the bed alongside them.

Behind 2 large Oaks stand strong, one is nicknamed the Owl although a Buzzard nests there - it flew off on Tuesday when I arrived and hasn’t been back yet.

Life makes sense here, the world feels harmonious on this small patch of land.

With the bright yellow full moon overhead, like a light left on it, it wakes me in the divine hours shining down in all its beauty.

Each morning I make cacao and sit with the Owl Oak - greeting the elements, starting the new day with gratitude and calling in support.

I shared my manifestations for the 08.08 on the full moon, trying to not get too long and listy! - love and happiness overriding all else. Amongst them was peace and harmony here on earth. What a big wish this feels right now.

One of my focuses this stay was laying 200m of hose so we have water access on the land - for drinking, cooking and keeping things running. My parents and I spent a hot afternoon unravelling it all, quite the task! As always, the land teaches - the preciousness of resources, the work behind something as simple as a tap turning on.

Slowly, everything is coming into place as The Land and I prepare to welcome people here. For now I feel the gifts nature will share with others who join us here.

Life on the land 🙏🏼

Love, Amanda

Last night’s social stroll 💚

Exploring the lavender and the beautiful The Lovell Quinta Arboretum - one of the most peaceful beautiful spaces in Cheshire

When I started Lets Step In, in 2019 it was on the dream of bringing women together in nature. So evenings like this when we walk in conversation and quiet noticing and appreciating nature as we go are all the magic.

Social strolls are held through the year, as opportunity for women in my community to come together to connect and receive the benefits of being in nature.

The next stroll is on Wednesday 2nd September, we’ll be exploring Heather 💚

Free to join, booking required 🔗 in bio

When are we going to realise that nature is our home? When are we going to start showing Earth we care? 🔥

Perhaps heightened by the fires happening close to home and far away - this morning I was angry. It takes a lot to get me angry and then to show it. So this is a little different for me but I’m angry, upset and embarrassed that humanity is portraying itself as the fool.

This morning I cleaned up a small patch of litter by the river, whose waters are flowing so low whilst a few miles away land guardians are tending to a fire in Macclesfield forest caused by a bbq left behind.

The fires across the land, for me are nature sharing a message - it says wake up, grow up, and start to realise that this earth is the only one you have.

We are not indestructible - nature can wipe us out, and one day she will have had enough of us, given us enough chances and will say your times up, you didn’t learn.

I appreciate that my community on here are made up of nature carers so please know this isn’t directed at you. But today I had to voice, it’s my role on earth to stand up for nature - to be her voice - to remind us that we and nature are one. When you harm nature you hurt yourself. I have to try.

With love and so much gratitude to the earth warriors out there fighting fires, saving animals, risking their lives to save trees, cleaning the seas. You are all my heros.
