We offer so much on this magnificent stretch of the Thames. You name it, we can paddle it. With experience you can also explore the other local stretches of the Thames during our Sunset & guided river trips. Yoga is every Thursday evening ( with monthly half day retreats) . Our SUP Club members have the opportunity to paddle the whole of the non tidal. We also love to take small group and larger groups for some paddle play & excursions. So do come down and book your SUP Starters if you are a beginner & paddle with us off Ray Mill Island

We are more than delighted that this autumn we have managed an entire season of witnessing from the river the never ending changes. And the bonus of Keeping fit & social at the same time. Some of us wear one piece dry suits, some separates & others just what you would wear going for a hike! Thank you to ‘our’ Phil for all the paddling opportunities you give in one week- the SUP Club really appreciates it & some of our rising newbies too!

We are still ‘putting on’ 2-3 evening paddles a week- our favourites night stretches are Marlow to Cookfam, Boulters to Hedsor, Boulters to Bray ( you will be paddling under this bridge) , Hurley to Medmenham & Windsor to Datchet: whilst the river remains paddle- able 🩵 you can pick your stretch !
