Myself and did our Chakra Balancing Workshop on Saturday for the second time. It’s a really lovely one to do and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be doing more of these in the future so let us know if you’re interested. Tonight in Pilates we’re focusing on chest openers ✨
So many of us spend our days sitting, driving, or looking down at our phones… which can leave us feeling tight through the chest and rounded through the shoulders. Over time, this can affect posture, breathing, and even lead to neck and upper back discomfort.
Chest opening exercises help to:
• Improve posture by counteracting that forward slump
• Increase mobility through the shoulders
• Support deeper, more efficient breathing

Join us for a unique morning practice where movement, breath and sound come together to create a powerful energetic reset. will lead you through the Ashtanga sequence and I will be guiding you through with sound and some chakra mediations along the way.

In this special workshop we will move through the Ashtanga sequence that flows through the chakras — from Root to Crown. Each stage of the practice will be supported with live sound healing to deepen the energetic connection.
As we move through the sequence you will experience:
🥁 Drumming to ground and awaken the Root Chakra
🔔 Sound bowls tuned to resonate with each chakra as we move upward through the body
🌬 Elemental chimes representing Earth, Water, Air and Fire woven throughout the practice
The session will gently close with a mini sound bath during Savasana, allowing the body to fully integrate the practice and leave you feeling balanced, calm and restored.
