We are back at The Oak Rooms today and looking forward to seeing you all! Please remember your happy nappies, to drive slowly on site and to park correctly (on the hour near the pool house and half past the hour in front of the conifers).

Cold water shock can affect anyone - even strong swimmers, even on hot days.

• Warm weather doesn't mean warm water - open water stays dangerously cold.
• Cold water shock causes an involuntary gasp and loss of breathing control within seconds - even for strong swimmers.
• Even confident swimmers can quickly lose strength, control, and coordination. Panic makes it worse.

We have some school age beginner spaces left on a Weds at 4.30pm for next half term at our lovely private pool in Halstead. Our half term is 7 weeks long so there is ample opportunity for us to help your swimmer become safer in the water.
