❤️🚨 NEW DEFIBRILLATOR INSTALLED 🚨❤️

We’re pleased to announce that a new defibrillator (AED) has now been installed on the outside of the Clubhouse. 🫀

The defibrillator is available for use in an emergency when the Clubhouse is closed, helping to provide vital access to lifesaving equipment when every second counts. ⏱️
Importantly, it is there not only for our members and visitors, but also for the wider Blackley community. 🤝🏘️

We hope it is never needed, but having an AED readily available could make a vital difference in an emergency. ❤️

A big thank you to Ken & Gilly for installing and everyone involved with 200 club in helping make this important community facility possible. 👏

🚜 New Machinery Trials Underway! 🚜

Our Grounds Team are currently trialling a selection of new rough mowers as we look at replacing some of our aging machinery.

The Major Contoura is already doing an excellent job on the course and we’ve been really impressed with its performance. 👌⛳️

We still have a few more machines to put through their paces, as this process isn’t just about finding a short-term solution — it’s about making the right investment for the long-term benefit of the Golf Club.

Watch this space for more updates! 👀🏌️‍♂️

What a fantastic few days with Callaway! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

We’ve loved seeing so many members getting involved, enjoying their fittings and putting the latest Callaway Golf Europe equipment through its paces. From drivers and fairway woods to irons and wedges, there was plenty to try and lots of great conversations about finding the right equipment for every golfer. 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and made the event such a success, and a special thank you to the Callaway team.

It’s been great to see so many members enjoying the experience, testing new equipment and hopefully finding that perfect fit to take their game to the next level!

We’re already looking forward to welcoming Callaway back to the Club in the future. 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

A huge congratulations to Liam Garry, our Captains Cup winner!

What a way to celebrate after two fantastic rounds of 72 & 64 — a brilliant performance! 👏⛳️

A massive well done to our Captain, Keith Liddle, who had a long day from 8am, welcoming players out on the course and back in for a well-deserved drink before joining the celebrations afterwards.
A fantastic effort, Skip. Well done! 🍻🏆⛳️

💨 The Air2G2 working its magic!

Getting the greens in top shape ahead of the Captain’s Final this weekend! ⛳️

The Air2G2 is blasting compressed air deep into the root zone, improving drainage, relieving compaction and helping promote healthy turf.

With a big weekend ahead, we’re doing everything we can to get the course looking and playing its best.

Bring on the Captain’s Final! 🏆⛳️
