Free trial classes are available for our beginner adults, ladies only and all kids classes.

Once you’ve booked in you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know - if you have any questions before your class please don’t hesistate to get in touch.

So it’s time for kids to get to work at home earning points by showing acts of respect to earn their place 🙌
