The end of a challenging 4 nights on the lake has come, now sat in traffic on the way home reflecting on our session..
A good start by Nath landing a solid 20lb mirror on the first evening then a cracking 35lb mirror at first light then it was down to andys swim who had landed a new 31lb mirror for the lake Tuesday morning. Then blank rods for us all until Thursday night, just before midnight I managed to slip the net cord under a solid 25lb mirror we all thought was going over 30lb but not this time, the blank for me was over.. just a shame not all party's caught but that's fishing. The lake fished very hard compared to our previous trip, can only put this down to the high pressure and poor weather making the fish not that interested in feeding... Still a great place to sit behind blank rods for however long necessary at the end of the day it's an amazing fishery, amazing facilities, amazing quality of fish and last but not least Ran by amazing people.
Thanks for having us again westfield staff, looking forward to when we can next return and try our luck 👊

Hello im booked on at the start of April and tips or information on the lake please?

After a long wait on the bank i finally bagged me a beauty-this lovely pike came out at 32lb and is my understanding its the lake record as the previous was 25lb!! Great venue and will be back-Carl is more than accomodating and knows his lake well!

After a 15 year absence,I remembered this fishery a couple of miles from where I live.on only my second visit to the fishery I had these two.the mirror was 22lb 12oz, and the common 22lb 13 oz , both fish were fin scale and mouth perfect and a cracking little venue. Booking was easy the staff and Karl the bailiff were most helpful

What a fantastic lake!! Isn’t the easiest of lake to fish but when you get one it’s worth the wait. Massive thanks to Carl for all of his advise, just goes to show he knows what he’s talking about. Heres a 36.1 mirror from swim one shaming he’s new PB by 15lb. Highly recommend if you’re willing to put the work in. Still Another day to go so let’s hope for some more beautiful fish like this. Thanks again Karl.

Westfield Fishery is a 3.5 acre carp lake and coarse stream located in Medmenham, between Marlow & He

Westfield carp fishery is a mature 3 acre gravel pit in the quiet surroundings of Medmenham, just outside Marlow in Bucks. It boasts a good head of carp with the current lake record being a 33lb 6oz Mirror named Warty. Larger fish have been reported but no claims for the record have been forthcoming. There are some original stock fish reaching ages of 25 years with a few crucian carp and tench for those that wish to seek them out.

Hi not long back from a good weekend at the fishery. Is a beautiful place to spend the weekend. Was not particularly successful for me but that’s carp fishing ! Stef had a lovely 25+ mirror within 20 minutes of setting up and lost another in the pads earlier this morning. Will definitely be back and hopefully get one or two myself next time. Some canny fish in there tried surface float yesterday and they were nudging it to see which pellet moved !

A gentleman on the weekend starting the 6th of June did an absolutely amazing job and caught a 29lb, 36lb, another 36lb, 34lb, 35lb and a 26lb carp and a 10lb bream and 5lb tench. this was all done at the top end of our lake.
