Melksham amateur Boxing

Didn’t give myself enough time really to celebrate and be proud of what was accomplished here

From 68 kg to 49kg on show day training six days a week heavy weight training straight into cardio sessions at 53 years old was pretty intense

Juggling two jobs and being a single Mum all which I love 🫶 was another challenge

Arriving to a Stacked line up was the competition we wanted (more Alison then me 😂)

Second hand bikini and no new shoes
Didn’t seem to matter

Being placed and invited to compete at the British championships made it all worth while

Having the best people around me that believed in me was all I needed

It’s always about the people 🫶

When life is tough and stresses are high remember what we can achieve together

The strength in us all is there not just physical but mentally even I have to slap myself out of dark places when life gets hard

On The Block Training On the block training provides group circuits sessions focused on strength ,conditioning and cardiovascular workouts.
Fight club also available working on bag drills,shadow boxing,ring work and body weighted sessions.
