What a day it was… 6 teams… 6 clubs…. Lots of 4’s, 6’s, wickets and more importantly smiles.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved clubman Billy Hemmings.

Billy was a cornerstone of our club for decades, a friendly face and a fountain of knowledge for countless juniors who came through our doors, and a highly respected umpire whose dedication to the game never wavered.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, 11th June at 10:00am at Lostock Crematorium.

Our thoughts are with Billy's family and loved ones at this difficult time. 🕊️

We are so grateful for the vast volunteers we have which allow all forms of cricket to be played at Middlewich.
