Out in Barcelona for a hen do, slightly hungover, 4 hours sleep but still got out for a beautiful run with the wonderful human .w.j 🏃🏻‍♀️🥰

Just randomly running a half marathon on a Friday morning, with my wonderful friend. 🥰 felt really comfortable today and very much enjoyed a good old natter 🏃🏻‍♀️

16k run in the rain today and it was just what I needed! 🥰

Going for a run this morning after an intense body pump session the night before at the gym probably wasn’t the best idea. But finishing 5k and getting a coffee to walk home with was 👍🏻

I love that I have inspired my little boy to start running. He did his first junior Park Run this morning and loved it! 🥰
