As the days draw in and become cooler there are still beautiful things to look forward to. Jupiter and Saturn to see in the night sky. Orion and it's distinctive shape. I love the Winter sky ❤️

Seems weird thinking about late Autumn in heat of Crete!
I'm running an in person afternoon in Biddenham/Bedford on Saturday 15th November. £35.
Warming Hatha Flow Yoga followed by a Soundbath/Nidra, the best of both worlds. Mind and Body are connected via the breath so we will practice pranayama.
And we always eat cake 🍰
