As an open minded gym we are un support of equality and believe that jiu-jitsu is for everyone so to enable our ginger students to train we have decided that tonight's bjj class at 5pm will be techniques in gi but rolling will be no-gi 👍

Quick reminder that all classes are on as normal during half term and it is warm in the gym so bring plenty to drink 👍

I am away on holiday next week and unfortunately couldn't get cover for any of the teen classes. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Classes still on are

Monday - bjj 7.30pm
Wednesday - wrestling 6pm and nogi 7.30pm
Thursday - ladies mma 6pm and mma 7.30pm
Friday - Beginners bjj 5pm and open mat 6pm
