Classes start back this week! Updated posters below but no changes to the FitSteps poster just so you know, I'm including it for quick access.
Monday & Wednesday evening venue changes: Monday evenings will now be at The Hut in Berry Hill- improved flooring to Berry Hill Social Club, Wednesday evenings will continue at Talocher School whilst we won't be back at Bridges Centre for some time yet.

Had a brilliant masterclass today with the Italian Stallion Giovanni, we learnt a Charleston routine from him in this particular workshop which was fun. It was a good workout and very enjoyable! Xx

Please note that anywhere it says on the posters the venue: "Bridges Centre", just a reminder that due to the flooding, currently we are not back to our venue just yet, instead we are still lucky to have Talocher School Hall as an alternative venue additionally on Wednesday evenings, as well as our usual Tuesday evenings there.

Remember that all awards will be decided by a panel of judges and not by public vote.

Today we found out the very sad news of the loss of our dear class member and friend Cheryl 😢💔
Cheryl Cummings was one of my original class members at FitSteps when it started back in September 2014 and Cheryl continued "Dancing with Sophie Stevens" for over 10 Years (celebrated our 10 Years Sept 2024) and I was seeing her twice a week at classes up until Christmas 2024 and was looking forward to seeing her in January and then could not believe the terrible news of her diagnosis! Also can't quite believe my Mum and I was literally talking about Cheryl only last night to our family (when we didn't even know the awful news), we were saying to those who didn't know about her illness this year what's happened and was talking about her favourite Bhangra dance that she would always request from FitSteps FAB, she also loved a Paso Doble in FitSteps. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family 🫶🫂🙏 Cheryl was such a sweet, kind, positive, caring, supportive and lovely lady, my FitSteppers and I are going to really miss her 🥺 she was a big part in our FitSteps Family. Sending love & hugs to all of her loved ones # #

Looking for New Classes to join in the New Year? Line Dancing, FitSteps &/or Zumba Classes.
Starting w/c 13th January 2025, there's a few exciting changes to the timetable for the New Year including a brand new venue: Talocher School, Monmouth on Tuesday evenings.
Can't wait to see you all!
Classes that are up to 1 hour long are £6 pay as you go, classes over 1 hour are £7 pay as you go or pre-book 4 sessions for a total of £4 discount (private message me for more details).

Oh My Gosh can't believe I have Won FitSteps Regional Instructor Of The Year Wales 2024, what an amazing and lovely surprise. I have been waiting to hear the results since Saturday or see any videos from the awards night, looked a great event again. Wish me and my ladies went to Blackpool again this year, we certainly would've been celebrating with that fabulous news- I'm shocked but soo grateful. Thank you so much everyone for your wonderful support! I literally only shared today on facebook a memory from a year ago of the fantastic time we had last year in Blackpool with the icing on the cake of me winning which was so unexpected, did not see that happening this time either but wow. Buzzing! Xx 🫶🥹🏆🎉🙌✨️💖🙏🎊🍾🥂💝
