Our Saturday Beginners course will launch on the 16th May and will be bookable soon.

Hi All,
I'd like to introduce our newest team member who will be mainly based at Mamhilad (she lives in Abergavenny)
Diana Williams.
Yes another Diana that doesn't like being called Diane but also like me is fine with Di.
Diana is a fully qualified Physiotherapist and also a tutor at Coleg Gwent for the YMCA Level 3 Matwork Courses and the YMCA Level 3 Personal Training Courses.
She is passionate about Pilates and has the most beautiful coaching style.
