⭐ 6 weeks to splits - Starts today!⭐

Every year at Taran Tek TaeKwon-Do we launch a club incentive to get everyone stretching over the summer holidays.

The overall aim is to improve flexibility which will benefit TaeKwon-Do training.

Print off the calendar and tick every day that you have stretched, at the end of the 6 weeks take your calendar to your instructor for a prize.

Calling All MALE Students, Dads & Old Boys! 🥋
Whether you're a current student looking to level up, a dad wanting to train alongside your son, or an "old boy" missing the mats and looking to get back into the groove—the St Newlyn East Gents Class wants YOU!
It’s time to dust off the dobok, lace up your trainers, and get involved.
💥 Why Get Involved?
For Current Students: Sharpen your technique, push your limits, and train in a dedicated, high-energy environment.
For Dads: Get battle-ready fit, learn real self-defense, and set a killer example for your lads.
For Old Boys: Miss the sparring, the discipline, and the banter? It’s like riding a bike—come back, shake off the rust, and reclaim your training!
For Everyone: Build serious core strength, flexibility, and focus in a zero-ego, supportive community of local lads.
📍 Class Info
Location: St Newlyn East Village Hall
When: Wednesday at 7 p.m.
