A fantastic session with our U14 girls’ amalgamation, bringing together players from Malone RFC Women's Team , Larne Valkyries at Larne RFC and Instonians Girls Rugby

Great energy, teamwork and enthusiasm from all the girls, with plenty of hard work and smiles along the way.

It’s brilliant to see the girls coming together, building friendships and developing their rugby as one group. We’re excited to see what this squad can achieve together.

A huge thanks to all the coaches, players and parents for their continued support.

What an achievement! Fantastic to see Brogan being the first female youth player to play for our senior women's team!

Pretty sure her dad's proud as punch 😁

🏉💙 MAKING HISTORY AT OPHIR! 💙🏉

A massive congratulations to Brogan, who has become the first female youth player from Ophir to represent our Senior Women’s team! 👏🔥

What an achievement and a fantastic reward for all the hard work and commitment Brogan has shown throughout her youth rugby journey.

It’s incredibly exciting to see Ophir’s talent coming through the ranks and now making the step into senior rugby. This is exactly what our youth pathway is all about! 💪🏉

Brogan, you’ve made history — and hopefully you’re the first of many! 👏

Well done, Brogan! 💙💙

If any girls would like to get back involved or give it a go please contact our website or message our socials!
