This September we launched our IDTA | Dance Association Level 3 Diploma and Level 4 Diploma.
2 cohorts of learners.
We’ve officially kicked off our teaching journey, and what a fantastic start it has been!
From getting to know the course expectations and receiving your resources and stationery, to diving into the first elements of both the theory and practical sides of the programme, it’s been a brilliant week of learning, discussion and discovery.
We’re incredibly proud to be able to share our years of experience, both inside and outside the dance studio, with the next generation of dance teachers. 💫
Our courses are designed to give you so much more than simply the knowledge needed to achieve a recognised teaching qualification. We want to help you develop the confidence, understanding and practical skills to become a truly well-rounded Dance Teaching Assistant and Teacher.
Throughout your training, we’ll explore areas such as holistic teaching, child psychology and cognitive development, teaching strategies and pedagogical approaches, giving you the tools to understand not only what you teach, but how and why you teach it.
Because great dance teachers do more than teach steps — they inspire, encourage, nurture confidence and create positive learning experiences that can stay with a dancer for life. ❤️
