Ballet Balance with Michelle | Holistic adult ballet classes Wednesday 9:30 Wymondham.
We focus on your poise/posture, physical balance, but also balancing body and mind, how ballet technique works within the body, so you can achieve the correct muscle engagement and create the positions from an internal understanding.
Simple settings, with the occasional challenge thrown in.
This Summer term we're focusing on Adage - blancing on one leg, whilst the other legs lifts, unfolds, lengthens and lowers whilst coordinating with arm pathways.
