Did you spot us last weekend?
The club had a successful weekend at the East Anglian Copdock Bike Show, with some of our members setting up camp for a bbq and to enjoy the entrainment on the Saturday night. Sunday the show open to the public and we welcomed some new members to the club and kicked off this years donations in person with East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity and SARS - Suffolk’s Emergency Medical Charity both receiving £2,000 each. Both are amazing charities working hard here in East Anglian. Pray you'll never need them girls and guys, but be sure to donate incase you do!

We are pleased to announce that with a tiny nudge from the club, you have all helped to raise £10,000 for local charities at this years Iceni 👊👏
For the 10th Anniversary of the event we set a target of 10k for charity giving even more meaning to the Iceni 10 name. Well done girls and guys.

Just one more day and Iceni 10 is go! Just some quick reminders and changes to the schedule for you all.
Gates open 12 noon Friday. Please sigh in at STR Tent on arrival. Gates are locked at night, so if arriving late then please let us know.

No disposable BBQs and ground fires please.

Bike need a full tank of fuel and be ready and fit to go by 8.30 Saturday morning ready to get into your groups.

The brakedown service offerd for the weekend will not come and get you for a puncher!! It is for recovering broken bikes. Please carry the means of preventing or fixing a puncher while out on the lanes.

We have a huge raffle on, top prizes including 2x full sets of tyres, a mousse, oil and l**e package. and hundreds more. Raffle is £10 a strip and we can only take cash for that. The raffle is to be drawn at 18:30 on Saturday up by the STR Tent.

Catering van will also only be taking cash payments so be prepared.
This year we have East Point Enduro & Mx on the camp site with their enduro and mx Shop, they will be selling a range of spare parts and all your normal service good alongside loads of bike goodies. (East point can take cash or card)

We have GPX bikes on display Saturday evening.

Saturday entertainment, after the raffle we have the amazing Escaping Today playing over at the pub The Angel Inn playing Rock and pop/punk. They will now start playing at 8pm as to finish in time for......... The football! At 10pm the pub will be showing it along with a few of them camping with screens up.

Please try and keep hydrated over the weekend, but most of all have an awesome weekend of bikes and fun 😁 and remember, everything we raise goes to charity.

No club meeting tomorrow night! However we are having a social down at The Angel Inn Larling while we get ready for ICENI 10 Their bike night is also on with food and live music.

We have a live band playing Saturday night for our Iceni weekender. Only one week away now! All are welcome (open to bikers and the public alike) So come on down to the The Angel Inn pub and enjoy the band and the atmosphere. Band starts at 8.30 PM. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Byways update. About three weeks ago Suffolk rights of way made contacted to inform us that they had completed all necessary repairs to the closed sections of lanes making up a large part of whats known as the Thetford loop, ( Kings forest, Seven Trees, Dukes drive, Barnham clump and old Barnham slip) members have been out and test ridden all the previously closed sections of lanes on a soft opening and we are pleased to announce that nearly a year ahead of schedule all of the previously closed lanes are now available to all and open once again. We'll done SCC ROW team!

Suffolk Trail Riders club trip to mid Wales, many skills thrills and spills taken in. A great weekend was had by all.

STR was out this weekend with three ride outs. One on the lanes of Suffolk, one covering Suffolk and Essex, and the last group riding the famous Peddars way and lanes of Norfolk on a round trip to Hunstanton. Safe riding all
