At the Assembly House today delivering a self-defence seminar for Brown & Co. 🥊

We delivered self-defence training for 20 individuals, who spent 1 hour learning basic strikes, tactical behaviour, and essential self-defence skills. Everyone left more prepared and just that little bit safer! 💪

It was great working with everyone from Brown & Co! Looking forward to the next seminar! Action shots coming soon.. 👀

Some action shots from today awesome seminar with Colin McAlister Expert Level 1 KMG Instructor. 🥊

Today Colin, our instructor team and students headed to Cromer beach where they trained on sand, and in the sea. 🌊
Applying ground work techniques we use in class to a real world environment! It’s one thing to do a technique on the mats, it’s another to do it on sinking sand and whilst being hit crashing waves. This made for great learning conditions for all attendees! ✅

More photos and videos to come! Keep an eye out! 📸

Thank you to Colin for running this workshop for us, it’s always great to have you down! 🙏

Fun end to last nights class! 🥊

As Marley is now launching our Kids and Teens classes in North Walsham Next week our Norwich students realised this could be the last chance they have to launch an attack! 🥷 So, just after the Kida - they did just that! 🤣

✅ Nice team work warriors.
