I am very excited for my next Pop-up event there on the 5th of September co-hosted with the amazing Florist & Workshops Aberdeenshire ❤️💐

Medal Monday 🥇 a huge congratulations to Ryan on his Tang Soo Do competitions in London this weekend.

3 silver and 2 bronze medals to take home just on time for his big comp in a few weeks.

We have been working on his hip mobility to improve those amazing kicks ✨

Last few spaces left for the New Block 🙌 Starting week of the 24th of August.
