A busy but "Joyful June" to plan and look forward to after my recharge and pause this week ! Feeling very grateful for all these Yoga teaching opportunities 🙏 and amazing venues, looking forward to meeting and "connecting" with some new Yogis in June !
Still some dates available for my bespoke 3 hr Yoga workshops and 1 space left for my Beginners Yoga sessions x 4 week programme at my tranquil Lochan Retreat ! 🙏

🌿 Lochan Retreat – June Bookings Now Open 🌿
I’m so excited to now be opening bookings for June at Lochan Retreat ✨
Nestled beside the lochan, this calm and intimate space has been created for women and men to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and simply take time for themselves.
June offerings will include:
✨ Private 1:1 Lochan Retreat Experiences
✨ Seasonal Sessions
✨ Small group experiences (max 2–3 people)
✨ Gentle beginners yoga offerings
Each session is bespoke and may include breathwork, seasonal yoga, connective tissue release, restorative relaxation/Yoga Nidra, essential oils and herbal teas 🌸
I’m so happy to already have my first June booking in place 💛✨
Availability will remain very limited to keep everything personal, relaxed and unhurried.

Thank you so much for all the lovely messages after my last post 💛
It’s been really special to share this new space with you, and I’m so excited to now be opening up a small number of sessions at Lochan Retreat…
✨ Private 1:1 sessions
✨ Small, intimate classes (2–3 people max)
I’m also exploring a gentle 4-week beginners series, which would be a lovely way to start or return to yoga in a calm, supportive setting.
Everything here is designed to feel relaxed, personal and unhurried - with the space to breathe, move and truly switch off.

My beautiful "Yin" day today at Maycroft Retreat delivering a Seasonal "Spring Awakening " Soulful Sunday yoga session for 10 lovely ladies, then the Wild Spa after, fresh air, hot tub, cold plunge/shower and sauna, a blissful day to rejuvenate and spring clean body and mind after yday's crazy exciting Yang energy at Hampden 🌟 great to have a balance! Lol 😆 thank you Denise Millar for inviting me to teach 🧘‍♀️ in your awesome new tippees ! ⛺️ 🏕
