Throwback to last week when some of our our U12 and U14 girls were lucky enough to play touch rugby at Allianz Stadium.
They represented the club brilliantly and had an absolute amazing time, I think the adults were in there element too!!

📢 PRUFC CLUB WORKFORCE DAY
📅 Sunday 12th July
⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm

We need your help to get the club ready for the new season.
Jobs to be completed include:

🔹 Jet washing all changing rooms
🔹 Painting the main entrance corridor and around the toilets
🔹 Touching up paintwork in the bar area
🔹 Cleaning windows
🔹 Litter picking around the grounds
🔹 Washing down the seats in the stands
🔹 Tidying and clearing the area behind the clubhouse

🍔 Food and drinks will be provided throughout the day.

We do have many tools but if you are coming down to do certain things please check to make sure we have them tools etc.

🏉 Many hands make light work – we look forward to seeing as many members as possible on the day.

Pre‑season has officially begun for our U16 girls and this year we’re doing things a little differently.
Yes, there’s fitness. Yes, there’s skills.
But also… wrestling.
Because why just tackle when you can body‑control like a pro?
Bring on the strength, the laughs, and the chaos.
