Another heatwave here to ruin your workout? 🥵
No! Absolutely not.
Remember, during these hot temperatures we will reduce the playlist with lower cardio tracks, reduce the effort on the trampoline slightly, take more breaks and drink plenty of water.
You do not have to sacrifice your workout just because it’s hot ☀️

Ok, I have seen the temperatures for next week and yes, they are set to be super hot 🥵
Don’t worry, you can still get your workout in.
We will adjust the playlist to a more manageable track list, reduce our efforts and take regular breaks.
Be sure to:
☀️ wear the shorts
☀️ tie your hair up
☀️ drink plenty of water during the day
☀️ snack on hydrating foods like watermelon and cucumber
☀️ freeze a flannel or a towel to bring to class for breaks
☀️ grab some electrolytes to help rehydrate you
