Despite the weather warning, all of our Fitness and Kickboxing sessions are currently still going ahead as planned.

We will do everything we can to ensure everyone is comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy their training.

Please take extra care when travelling and wear suitable clothing for the conditions, bring plenty of water!!

If anything changes, we will update everyone as soon as possible.
