Our Rising 5’s sessions will be starting soon, a special set of classes dedicated to introducing gymnast of Reception/EYFS age into our gymnastics facility in a fun and supported way. Each gymnast will be able to attend 2 free taster sessions, once over the summer during a quiet part of the day and once during an evening/weekend class during August when our sessions tend to be quieter due to summer holiday absences. Due to increased staff capacity we are excited to be offering free taster sessions in our Foundation and Primary classes at the club. Visit our website to book a free trial session for children aged 5-11 yrs old.

We arrange our classes according to ability within each of these age bands and have a year 3 cross over so that parents and coaches can support those who might need to be among younger/older cohorts during this pivotal transition year for children moving from keystage 1 to keystage 2 at school .If you have any questions, please get in touch via email and or message and staff will be happy to answer your questions.

ADULT GYMNASTICS SESSION 🤸‍♀️🤸🏼

We will be running a one-off Adult Gymnastics session on Saturday 11th July from 5:15-7:30pm. Open to beginners and experienced participants and overseen by our qualified coaches who will be happy to help you.

£8 (£6 for BG members) to be paid on the door. Please ensure you respect our club rules 🧡

Due to the increased heat and humidity today, Meridian will be closed for all classes from 11.30am today, Friday 26th June. We expect to be open as normal tomorrow (Saturday 27th June) based on current forecasts but remind you to please send children in the lightest possible clothing, with water bottles and well hydrated and only if not showing signs of heat stroke or heat exhaustion. Sessions will be modified to be lower impact and with lots of rest breaks. Please keep an eye on our social media and emails in case plans for Saturday change.

Due to the warm weather, our adult sessions will not be running on Wednesday 24th or Thursday 25th June.

Help us keep your gymnasts safe and comfortable this week. Please ensure they have a water bottle which they can refill from our chilled water dispenser in the gym, and light, sleeveless clothing suitable for sport. If the government issue weather updates that require us to activate our hot weather policy, we will email you.
