Things that we can do when its HOT HOT HOT, to still enjoy our pole classes 🔥🔥🔥

*Bring plenty of water to keep hydrated
*Thoroughly wash off suncream before coming
*Slippy hands? Stick to basework and flow, use it as an opportunity to work on your movement and connection.
*Keep things simple
*Take breaks when needed.

🌟 **Exciting Update!** 🌟

This week brings some changes that we want to share with all of you.

Firstly, we want to extend a heartfelt **thank you** to our amazing Instructor Maria. As she prepares to welcome her new baby, we wish her all the love and happiness in this exciting journey. While it’s not goodbye, we’ll certainly miss her presence in our classes!

We are thrilled to announce the return of **Instructor Josie**! She’ll be back on **Tuesdays at 19:30**, bringing her energy and expertise to your sessions.

Let’s celebrate these changes together and support both Maria and Josie as they embark on their new adventures.
