🌟 **Exciting Update!** 🌟

This week brings some changes that we want to share with all of you.

Firstly, we want to extend a heartfelt **thank you** to our amazing Instructor Maria. As she prepares to welcome her new baby, we wish her all the love and happiness in this exciting journey. While it’s not goodbye, we’ll certainly miss her presence in our classes!

We are thrilled to announce the return of **Instructor Josie**! She’ll be back on **Tuesdays at 19:30**, bringing her energy and expertise to your sessions.

Let’s celebrate these changes together and support both Maria and Josie as they embark on their new adventures.

Lets talk Grip Aids!

We have seen an increase in the use of sticky type grips in the studio recently. Unfortunately some of these grips can cause damage to our poles.

Therefore all rosin based grips are BANNED for use in the studio. This includes the Green Monkey Hands & iTac2.

Chalk based grip aids such as girlie grip & dry hands are always the advised choice as they are kinder to the poles and your skin.
